Eligibility and Registration

- You must be a legally competent individual with the right to enter into this agreement on your own behalf.
- You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
- Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
During the registration process, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth, contact information and payment details. takabeet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
Account Management
Keeping your takabeet account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below to protect your account:
- Keep your login password private and change it regularly.
- Do not share your account details with any other person.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
- End your session after logging in from a public device or network.
- One account may only be used by one person — shared accounts are not permitted.
If account information is incorrect or unverified, takabeet may temporarily suspend the account. The balance held in the account may be subject to applicable fees after a certain period of inactivity — you will be notified in advance by email.
Deposits and Withdrawals

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Bonuses and Promotions
takabeet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific conditions. The current welcome bonus offer and the related terms are set out below:
- Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement).
- Betting with bonus funds may not apply to certain games or markets.
- A bonus offer may only be used once. Claiming multiple bonuses through fraudulent means is prohibited.
- If bonus funds are not used within a specified period after being credited, they may be cancelled.
- takabeet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules
All games on takabeet are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game is developed by third-party software providers and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- The outcome of each game is entirely random and does not depend on any previous result.
- If your internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be calculated according to the state saved on the server.
- If a game result is voided due to a technical error, takabeet will cancel that bet and refund the amount.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or error in the software are not valid and will be cancelled.

Account Closure and Suspension

Before closing an account, takabeet will notify you by email and, where necessary, give you the opportunity to provide an explanation. The bonus balance of an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited, however the original deposited funds will be returned subject to verification.
